The role:
Our team members are the lifeline of our organization. In your day-to-day interactions you will build meaningful relationships with our guests and our team. Every team member is an ambassador of MAAK and MAAK’s core values. Quick thinking, ability to push ones self to be clean, fast and efficient. You are responsible for sharing the MAAK story, providing world class hospitality to every guest and consistently serving a quality product.To succeed as a team member at MAAK, you must be a team player, willing to get your hands dirty and want to create a world class experience for every guest.
You will:
• provide not just good, but great customer service to every guest
• maintain cleanliness of the serving line, dining room, restrooms and storage areas
• maintain full awareness of the menu, including ingredients, assembly, sides and drinks
• learn to present all MAAK menu items in a manner that is suitable to MAAK’s quality standards
• share the MAAK concept + story through the entire serving process
• answer all guest questions, concerns and respond to any hesitation or objection
• maintain MAAK’s high quality food safety standards by adhering to all recipes and procedures
